Julie Notaro is a Las Vegas–based artist and founder of Fraiche Arts, a working studio and gallery located in the world-famous Arts Factory in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District. Her abstract paintings draw from both nature and urban landscapes, exploring the interplay of color, texture, and emotion through encaustic, acrylics, and found materials.
Her work captures movement and memory through layers of vibrant hues, expressive markings, and tactile surfaces.
